Steam Donkey Trail Crew

Volunteers like you are the lifeforce of Mendocnio Coast Cyclists. As a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit, we rely on-- and welcome! -- folks from all walks of life to contribute to the management of the Mendocino Coast's bicycle trails as well as the club itself.

Most of the trails you recreate on in Jackson State Demonstration Forest have been hand-created and hand-maintained by generous trail work volunteers. Without folks like you, there would be few multi-use trails and certainly not as much fun! Trail days are held year-round on the first Saturday of every month. So come on out and give some love to the routes that bring a smile to your face and meet other cool folks in the community. All walks of life- any age, gender, location, or experience level, etc. are welcome. Come once or every month; you are always welcome, and your time is well spent.

For the latest information on where/when the next trail day is held, we encourage you to Become a Member or Join MCC Listerv.

Volunteers can receive a free lunch during the workday (provided they RSVP in advance), and often they are treated to kickstarting the day with coffee & pastries locally made by the generous Berna Cafe (Thanks Myke and Max!).
